Dylan Prentner is an up-and-coming classical guitarist from Groningen, The Netherlands. He has been a finalist in the Grachtenfestival Concours 2023 as well as the Gallery of Guitar competition 2025. In his youth he had also already won numerous competitions and awards, such as first prize in the youth category of the Antwerpen International Guitar Competition 2016, first prize in the youth category of the Nordhorn Guitar Festival 2017 and finalist in the youth category of the Borguitar 2017.
More than anything, Dylan is fascinated by going where nobody else has gone. Furthering his studies with Kristina Vårlid, Dylan spends his efforts on exploring the extent of the sounds that can be found in the guitar and using them to tell his own unique stories through diverse repertoire. He is willing to take any risk in order to express himself, and to draw his audiences to new and interesting places.
