Concerts

During this year’s edition of the ‘Groningen Guitar Competition & Festival’, you can expect a surplus of extraordinary concerts; The award winning Trio Evocación will blast off the week with their wonderful ensemble playing, then a solo concert by the legendary Pavel Steidl, and finally a duo concert from the Italian virtuoso Alberto Mesirca with the internationally acclaimed Daniel Rowland. To top it all off, closing out the festival will be our guitar competition’s Grande Finale on the last day, where the five finalists will compete for the first place.
