Groningen Guitar Expo

We’re happy to let you know that the GuitarExpo is back during the 2026 Groningen Guitar Festival & Competition, and it’s going to be more exciting than ever! We have arranged a plethora of activities that guarantee to engage luthiers and guitarists alike! You can expect to hear some fantastic performances and professional comparisons of the instruments at the expo, as well as an in-depth dive on a curious topic related to guitar-building. It would be nice to share more, but we wouldn’t want to spoil the surprises!

On the 23rd, 24th and 25th of February, Guitarists will have the opportunity to try out a vast range of instruments as well as have a chat with their builders. As in previous years, visitation of the GuitarExpo (Prins Claus Conservatorium, Meeuwerderweg 1, Groningen) is free of charge so make sure to mark the dates in your calendar!
